🗓 Itinerary Overview

Day 1: Addis Ababa – Arba Minch – Jinka

• Fly from Addis Ababa to Arba Minch

• Drive through Konso highlands to Jinka

• Visit Ari tribe village

• Overnight in Jinka (Eco Omo Lodge or similar)

Day 2: Jinka – Mago National Park – Turmi

• Early morning drive to Mago National Park

• Visit the Mursi tribe known for lip plates and body painting

• Continue to Turmi, home of the Hamer tribe

• Visit Hamer village and explore the unique traditions of this pastoral community

• Optional: Attend bull-jumping ceremony if available

• Overnight in Turmi (Buska Lodge or similar)

Day 3: Turmi – Omorate – Arba Minch – Addis Ababa

• Drive to Omorate to visit the Dassanech tribe near the Omo River

• Cross the Omo River by local canoe

• Return drive to Arba Minch and fly back to Addis Ababa
