Day 1: Fly Addis Ababa – Lalibela

• Morning flight to Lalibela

• Visit the 11 medieval rock-hewn churches

• Explore traditional village life

• Overnight in Lalibela

Day 2: Lalibela – Mekele

• Drive or fly to Mekele (based on availability and season)

• City tour of Mekele if time permits

• Overnight in Mekele

Day 3: Mekele – Danakil Depression – Lake Asale

• Start Danakil expedition via Berhale

• Visit salt workers at Lake Asale and witness sunset

• Overnight camping at Hamed Ela

Day 4: Dallol and Salt Flats

• Explore colorful sulfuric fields of Dallol

• Visit salt canyons, camel caravans, and salt mines

• Return to Mekele in the evening

• Overnight in Mekele

Day 5: Fly Mekele – Addis Ababa

• Morning flight back to Addis
